    To register as a Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia, you need to submit the following materials:

    Engineering Competency Claims (ECCs)
    To complete Engineering Competency Claims (ECC), you need to outline your key competencies and professional background. These claims demonstrate your involvement in the engineering field. The number of claims required varies based on your chosen pathway. For instance, ECR pathways necessitate sixteen engineering competency claims.
    Continuing Professional Development (CPDs)
    This section records all relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities. These may include formal study, technical lectures, seminars, conferences, workshops, research, voluntary service roles, and more.
    Engineering Experience Record (EERs)
    The Engineering Experience Record (EER) comprises detailed records of your work experience. You must list your employer's name and outline your roles and responsibilities during your tenure. The EER has a word limit of approximately 700 words.
